Hi Glyn,

Will it be possible to use Virgo and tcServer together or just the Gemini Web version of tomcat?

Virgo Tomcat Server (previously known as "Virgo Web Server" before Virgo Jetty Server came on the scene) embeds Gemini Web which in turn embeds Tomcat.

tcServer is "full" Tomcat and is not suitable for embedding in Virgo.

(You can certainly use Virgo and tcServer side by side and perhaps as members of a cluster, but I don't think that's what you were asking about.)

We are using Hyperic and the Spring Instrumentation. Will Spring be just offering prem. support or also offering a product based on Virgo with the same Hyperic, Gemfire integration?

SpringSource offers Basic and Production support for Virgo. It is a separate offering and it is not tied to any other Spring projects or offerings. Please contact SpringSource if you are interested.
